* Delivery drivers are not permitted to carry furniture inside your home due to insurance and health & safety regulations.
Measurements
* Please check the dimensions of the item carefully before placing your order.
* It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through all doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, gates, and into the intended room.
* We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if an item cannot be moved into your property due to access restrictions or incorrect measurements.
Condition on Delivery
* Please inspect your furniture upon delivery before signing to confirm it has arrived in satisfactory condition.
* Any visible damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims made after delivery may not be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
* Due to the size, nature, and cost of transporting furniture, all furniture sales are final and non-refundable.
* We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or where access to the property is unsuitable.
